Express Shipping
Express Post is available at checkout and is calculated based on the weight and size of your order.

Each order is carefully packed by hand and shipped within 3–5 business days via Australia Post or CouriersPlease. You’ll receive tracking details once your package is on its way.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a refund, repair, or replacement for any item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described (including food products). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
